Fat Talent LIVE review: A night at the circus

Despite only being together for 45 days, CalatrilloZ play as if they have been together much longer. Their multicultural, multi-instrumental and multi-genre style will take anyone, who is lucky enough to hear them, by storm!
Their members hail from all over the globe: from Brazil, Nepal, Germany and Italy. There is also the lone Englishman.
Given how competitive the London scene is, CalatrilloZ wanted to create an original sound, and have an original style; something they certainly have achieved.
They describe their own style as 'dark, gothic ska'- but their sound is much fuller and diverse than that. Their songs are brilliantly composed, catchy and their stage performances are something else. It is akin to a meeting of Led Zeppelin, Queen, a night at the theatre, followed by a trip to the circus.
Their performances on stage are as theatrical as their music –replete with makeup , masks, gothic attire and two back-up singers who perform in fishnets and corsets.

Through their performances, they love nothing more than to create a world which is bizarre and exhilarating, a world in which their fans can escape into, become a part of , and focus entirely on the music and theatrics of the CalatrilloZ.
