Penny Hannant is the small singer with a big voice.
The 24 year old singer/songwriter from Norwich completed an Artist Developement programme at Major Music in London
where she began writing and recording her own tracks and has been doing
so ever since. Her lastest material has been described as a female CEE
LO GREEN, which is high praise indeed!
