So someone see's fit to charge me for sitting in my own car and call it congestion charge. Did I have a choice, I think not? has it reduced congestion? I think NOT.
So what do I suggest should happen? What would I change if I were mayor?
Well I would have MORE congestion charges, that’s what. Congestion charge for London tube. Time to start making people pay for squeezing onto trains like sardines. Maybe if you get a £5 charge for every time you join a congested train the government can make more money..uh..oops I meant help cut congestion.
